Privacy Policy
Effective November 3, 2026
The short version: this website doesn't use tracking cookies, analytics or ad trackers. We only get your information when you call, text or message us, and we use it to give you an estimate and do the job. We never sell it.
Surface Solutions ("we", "us") provides window cleaning, pressure washing and soft washing in and around Jefferson City, Missouri. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What this website collects
- No tracking. The site doesn't run analytics or load advertising or social media trackers, and we don't use cookies to follow you or build a profile of you.
- One security cookie. Our hosting provider sets a short-lived security cookie (from Cloudflare) that helps tell real visitors from automated bots and protects the site from attacks. It's strictly necessary for the site to work safely, expires within about 30 minutes, and isn't used for advertising or tracking.
- The estimate builder stays on your device. What you type into it isn't saved or sent anywhere. It only reaches us if you choose to text or copy the message and send it yourself.
- Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical details, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site running and secure. We don't use these details to identify you.
Information you give us
When you call, text, email or message us, we may receive your name, phone number, email, property address, photos of your property, and details about the work you want done.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and give you an estimate
- To schedule, perform and follow up on your service, including appointment reminders
- To send invoices and take payment
- To keep basic records for taxes, insurance and our service history
Text messages
If you text us, we'll text you back about your estimate and service. We don't send marketing texts unless you ask for them. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as our phone, payment, scheduling or accounting tools, and only for that purpose
- Authorities, when the law requires it
Links to other sites
Our site links to our Facebook page and our Google reviews. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and their own cookies apply once you leave our site.
Photos
We may take before and after photos of the work we do. We'll only share photos of your property publicly, for example on Facebook, if you say it's OK, and we won't include your address or anything that identifies you.
Keeping and protecting your information
We keep customer information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no method of storing or sending information is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Just call or text us.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
