Terms of Service

Effective October 28, 2026

These terms cover your use of this website and the services Surface Solutions ("we", "us") provides in and around Jefferson City, Missouri. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them.

Website content

• Images. The before and after images and animations on this site are illustrations of the kind of results our services can give. They aren't photos of a specific customer's property. You can see photos of our real jobs on our Facebook page.
• General information. Pressure ranges, methods and other details on the site are general guidance. We choose the right method for your property when we see it in person.
• Reviews. Reviews come from real customers on Google. They reflect each customer's own experience.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free. A price is based on the details you give us and what we see at the property. If the job turns out to be different from what was described, we'll talk with you and agree on any changes before we do extra work.

Before we arrive

To help the job go smoothly and safely, please:

• Close all windows and doors, and make sure outdoor outlets and fixtures are covered or in good repair
• Move vehicles, outdoor furniture and anything fragile away from the areas we'll be cleaning
• Give us access to an outdoor water spigot, unless we've agreed otherwise
• Let us know about any loose siding, damaged screens, leaks, old paint or other existing problems

Results

We do our best on every job. Some marks can't be fully removed, though, including rust, deep oil stains, oxidation, fading, etching, hard water damage, and stains that have soaked into the surface over time. Cleaning can also reveal damage that dirt or growth was hiding. We'll tell you what we can expect before we start.

Weather and scheduling

We may reschedule because of rain, freezing temperatures, high wind or other unsafe conditions. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can.

Satisfaction and concerns

If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of your service and we'll come back to look at it. Where the problem is ours, we'll fix it at no extra charge.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is done, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing, for example as part of a service plan.

Liability

We're careful with your property. We aren't responsible for problems that existed before our service, for damage caused by conditions you didn't tell us about, or for the results described under Results above. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
